Healthy living...

Since Monday,
I have been waking up around 7am
for my morning jog.
Started with 15 minutes,
then 30 minutes
in the apartment compound.
Today, I took the initiative
to drive to Gurney Drive
for a change.
Despite the rain this morning,
I went ahead, hoping
that the rain will be gracious.
And thank God,
when I reached Gurney Drive,
the rain had stopped.
So I did a 20-minute jog
because the air was cool and
it was chilly.
Then comes the reward...
the rising of the sun.
Oh! What a beauty!
I've missed watching the sun rise.
And I felt refresh,
and satisfied
that my effort had paid off.
These few days,
I don't get exhausted easily.
I'm fresh and active.
So, the morning jog
will continue for as long as
I still enjoy it.
